We have received the sad news of the passing of Paul Heale, following an illness.
Paul was a regular member of Jeff Runciman's notorious Sunday B team that excelled in the late seventies/early eighties. A left handed bowling all rounder who played in his trademark light blue floppy hat, Paul played 188 times for Chingford, capturing 267 wickets and 1266 runs.
Our thoughts and sympathy go out to the Heale family at this difficult time.
The funeral arrangements are as follows:
Tuesday 15 February
2.40pm at Southend Crematorium , Sutton Road SS2 5PX
and then afterwards at White Hart Pub, Hockley (SS5 4NS)
It was Paul's wish for mourners NOT to wear black nor send flowers please
