Chess Valley League
In the winter of 2000/2001 the Committee took what on reflection today was an extremely sensible and well timed decision to enter the Chess Valley League.
This competition has proved very popular within the Club, providing competitive League cricket on a Sunday, which is the envy of many of our neighbouring Clubs, with Chingford being the only Essex Club in the competition. It has also enabled us to continue many traditional fixtures with Hertfordshire and Middlesex Clubs.
The table below gives our record in the competition to date. (The 2020 League was not contested due to the pandemic)
