We have received the very sad news of the passing of Keith Adams
A cheery character, Keith played 81 games for Chingford between 1971 and 1974, with the majority of his appearances in the 1st team. Keith had a hard hitting batting style, scoring 1301 runs at an average of 21. He was also a useful wicket keeper.
In 1973 Keith was elected as Chinghopper 504 and in later years returned with The Hoppers on a few occasions to play in the annual fixtures with the Club, scoring a century in the September 1985 match.
Keith will be greatly missed and our sincere condolences go out to the Adams family.
