Harold Wood v Chingford Cricket Club Sat 4th on Sat 25 Jun 2005 at 1330
Chingford Cricket Club Won 30 runs

Match report Campbers elected to bat on a damp track and Steve Hart held the innings together with a solid 43. Steve Bunning, Kerry Edmonds and Kim Barnett all contributed double figures but a collapse from 100-3 to 129 all out left Chingford with plenty of work to do in the second half.

Harold Wood began scoring runs at a rapid rate but regular wickets from Mike Blake kept things under control. The game turned on a crucial run out when Wood's best batsman was run out following a calling mix up. From this point Mike Blake plundered the wickets and secured victory for Chingford with a great spell of 8-37. At the other end Anthony Peek kept things tight and helped secure another important League win.
