Match report Nick (playing his 2nd A team match and his 3rd match of the morning) came in for the golf playing Sean McMurray. Nasser makes his A team debut in place of Matt O'Sullivan who plays for the Bs. South Loughton are bottom of the table.
Chingford's batters took turns in enjoying the easier than normal bowling. At No 6, Greg scored one of the quickest and ugliest 25s I have seen in a long while.
Greg rotated his bowlers to ensure that each of them got a decent bowl apart from Nick who didn't get to bowl his eigth over of the day. South Loughton batted positively and will have enjoyed scoring the runs they did.
This match lacked the intensity of earlier season games and there was very much an end of season feeling about it. The fielding was a bit below par, apart from the outstanding Maccy who pulled off a good run out. This was true, despite Chingford completing 5 run outs in all.
Two matches remain, the next is in a fortnight against Fives.
