Sawbridgeworth v Chingford Cricket Club Sun B on Sun 24 Aug 2003 at
Chingford Cricket Club Lost 7 wickets

Match report A friendly away fixture on a nice hot day at a good facility. The opening partnership was good with Peter Joslin looking set for a big score when he got out. David Joslin was caught out off a ball of beamer height that could easily have been called a no ball but wasn't. Apart from a brief cameo from Behling, the Chingford batting collapsed leaving Peters at the crease with the No 11, Carpenter. These two put on one of the largest partnerships of the innings before Peters was last out. This was Peters second score in the 70s on consecutive Sundays.
Chasing only 138 to win, Chingford's bowlers were given no chance. Unable to apply any pressure, Chingford were comfortably beaten.
