Hockerill v Chingford Cricket Club Sat 4th on Sat 26 Apr 2008 at 1:30
Chingford Cricket Club Lost by 65 runs

Match report Twas a hot sunny day - just what the day needed, especially as there was the "brass monkey day" the previous week. Hocks elected to bat and Chingford opened up with the newbies. Ansari bowled very tidely without reward and Farhan did the opposite at the other end - result, 2 wickets. Harborne entered the affray along with Barker at t'other end (118 year between them - Tony looks good for an 80 year old!!!!) - 2 wickets apiece. Chris Watson bowled well (2 wickets) and Adam Campbell (gained a couple of yards - best he has bowled) 2 wickets as well. 192 all out.
Harborne and Rehman opened for Chingford - Harborne succumbing early on for 1. Batting was poor thoughout with the exceptions of Rehman a patient 34, Ansari with an improvised 25 and Aaron Hill a belligerent 28. Alas Chingford all out for 127.
