Match report Chingford won the toss yet again and decided to chase . Shenfield began badly as Len Daniel clean bowled Tappin for a duck in his second over. Danny Hazle (24) and Mark Weaver (13) steadied the ship until Ryan Harris and Niraj Odedra picked up a wicket apiece reducing the visitors to 38 for 3 after 19 overs. From here Shenfield lost wickets steadily as Odedra and Bass turned the screw. All seemed lost when the seventh wicket fell for 79 but the later batsmen showed some grit as Watts (36),Hindley(20no) and Lugg (22) took Shenfield to the unlikely respectability of 154 in the 59th over with the wickets being shared around. Chingford soon put paid to any hopes Shenfield might have had as Ben MacGregor(28) and Jamie Hill put on 83 for the 1st wicket 20 overs. Despite losing Rhone for 14 Chingford sailed serenely on to victory with 14 overs to spare with Hill carrying his bat for a superb 96.
