Match report Chingford won the toss and put Buckhurst Hill in to bat. A steady start by the home side was balanced by two wickets in an over from Mike Lyon but in the hour before the drinks interval some poor cricket by Chingford was capitalised upon by the batting side. After drinks Buckhurst Hill subsided from 115 for 2 to 167 all out due to a much improved performance by the bowlers and fielders.

In reply a good opening partnership of 41 (Matt O'Sullivan 37) was largely wasted as wickets fell too regularly to leave Chingford on 104 for 5 but the experience of Richard Alston (66 not out) and Yogi Flora (17 not out) saw the visitors to victory with 10 overs to spare.
